How does job matching work in both Premium and Premium Plus?

In both Premium and Premium Plus, Bazzum automatically scrapes your job postings and matches them with relevant candidates using AI, psychometrics, and big data analysis.

Premium and Premium Plus customers can also build a Talent Pool of candidates who have shown interest in their company and fit their hiring preferences.

 

What happens after I sign up for Early Access?

If you choose Premium, we set up your company profile, branding, Talent Pool preferences, and job scraping so everything is ready when Bazzum launches.

If you choose Premium Plus, you’ll receive everything included in Premium, plus enhanced visibility, exclusive insights, and additional profile unlocks as part of your plan.

You will review and approve your setup before the launch!
